Kitchen Safety Tips:
Do not touch the inside of the air fryer once it has been preheated, always use tongs.
Use only one hand for touching the raw eggs to prevent cross contamination.
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat air fryer to 390°
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Cut ends off green beans.
Boil green beans for 4 minutes.
Put into colander and rinse with cold water.
Step 2: Prep
Add flour, salt, and pepper into a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
Crack eggs into another mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
Add breadcrumbs and remaining seasonings to another bowl and whisk to combine.
Step 3: 3-Step Breading
Start by placing green beans into the bowl of flour and use one hand (this will be your dry ingredient hand)to mix around, until they have been completely coated. Shake off any extra four.
Drop into egg bowl, do not touch the egg.
Step 4: Egg
Take your other hand and stir green beans until completely coated. Pick up one at a time, let excess egg drip and place into the breadcrumb bowl.
Step 5: Breadcrumbs
Using your dry hand, coat green beans in breadcrumbs.
Step 6: Air Fry & Enjoy!
Line air fryer with foil, place breaded green beans inside and air fry at 390° for
5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!!

Kitchen Safety Tips: Always pour hot water away from face.

Step 1: Boil Pasta
Boil pasta until al dente (9-11 minutes). Drain and cool
Step 2: Add dressing
To make: mix all ingredients and stir… if you have the Prepped to Prepare kit, this is done for you.
Add to cool pasta
Step 3: Veggies
Add veggies of your choice. We provided you with tomatoes, cucumbers, pepperoncini and olives, feel free to add what you want.
Stir
Step 4: Feta
Add feta and stir again
Step 5: Enjoy

Kitchen Safety Tips: Poor hot water away from you when you drain anything.
Chefs Note: add protein like chicken or shrimp
Step 1: Noodles
Bring water to a boil and soak for 4 minutes, drain and rinse with cool water, set aside
Step 2: Start sauce
Melt Butter and oil in a large Sautee pan on medium heat. Add half of your scallions and all of the garlic. Cook until you can just smell the garlic.
Step 3: Hoisin and Soy
Add hoisin or sugar and whisk. Add Soy and let simmer
Step 4: Add Noodles
Add Noodles to the sauce and cook for 5-7 minutes. The sauce should be absorbed and the noodles lightly fried.
Step 5: Garnish
Using Tongs, pull noodles to a plate and garnish with remaining green onions.
Step 6: Enjoy
Serve Hot and ENJOY!!!

Kitchen Safety Tips:
Always use an oven mitt!
Step 1: Preheat and Prep
Preheat oven to 425°
Spray donut mold with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2: Dry Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
Step 3: Wet ingredients
In another mixing bowl, whisk the milk, sour cream, and eggs until smooth.
Whisk in melted butter, canola oil, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
Step 4: Combine
Pour wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients. Stir until about half mixed. Add sprinkles and stir just until combined. Do not overmix.
Spoon mixture into a piping or ziplock bag and cut off the end.
Step 5: Bake and Glaze
Pipe the mixture into the donut molds and fill about ¾ full.
Bake at 425° for 10-12 minutes.
Once donuts are baked, let cool for 5 minutes.
In the meantime, whisk together all glaze ingredients.
Step 6: Finish and Enjoy!
Once donuts are cooled, dip donuts in glaze and finish with sprinkles.

Kitchen Safety Tips:
Always use a pot holder!
Let people in your home know that you will be using the stove.
Use the claw method when using a knife to avoid any accidents.
Step 1: Prep
Prep your cutting station with a damp cloth and cutting board.
Remove skins from plantains.
Chop into disks. The thickness is your preference!
Line a plate with a paper towel.
Step 2: Heat Oil
Heat your oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
You want the oil to be about 350°
To test the oil, toss a pinch of flour into the oil. If it bubbles and cracks, it is ready! If it just floats, test again in a few minutes.
Step 3: Fry
Carefully place plantain chips in hot oil and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, using tongs to flip.
Cook until your desired color and crispiness.
Step 4: Finish
Once plantain chips are cooked to your liking, use tongs to place onto your paper towel lined plate.
Sprinkle with salt.
Step 5: More!
Repeat the frying process until you have made your desired amount of chips.
For something more sweet, try sprinkling with some cinnamon sugar!
Step 6: Serve and Enjoy!

Kitchen Safety Tips:
Notify anyone around you that you will be using the stove.
Make sure to use a potholder when touching pots and pans on the stove.
Step 1: Preheat
Start heating your frying pan or griddle over medium/medium high heat.
Step 2: Eggs
Crack eggs into mixing bowl. Make sure to keep an eye out for eggshells!
Immediately wash your hands once you are done with the eggs to avoid any cross contamination.
Step 3: Whisk
Add milk, vanilla, and cinnamon to the mixing bowl with eggs and whisk to combine.
Step 4: Dip
Take slices of bread, one at a time, and dip into bowl with egg mixture. Make sure the bread is completely soaked, flip the slice over to make sure you get both sides.
Step 5: Fry
Add butter to the warm frying pan/griddle to melt. Then place your soaked slice of bread down to fry until golden brown. Using your spatula, periodically check the bottom so you know when to flip.
Flip your bread and continue to cook evenly on both sides.
Step 6: Finish & Enjoy!
Once cooked to your liking, use the spatula to place your French Toast on a plate.
Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!!

Kitchen Safety Tips: Always make sure nothing is in the oven before turning on. Remember to use an oven mitt and turn off when done. Let others know there is a hot surface!
Key: tsp- teaspoon TBSP- tablespoon, S and P – salt and pepper
Step 1: Preheat
Check to make sure nothing is in oven
Preheat the oven to 350°
To Reheat- in microwave 30 second at a time until warm
Step 2: Prep Pan
Lightly butter the 8 x8 pan
Break bread into cubes and add to pan
Step 3: Mix
In the bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt and vanilla.
Step 4: Pour
Pour the mixture over the bread and add butter in little bits on top.
Step 5: Top and cook
Top with cinnamon and sugar.
Cook for 45 to 50 minutes
Step 6: Enjoy
Serve warm on it’s own or with syrup!

Kitchen Safety Tips: Always open lid away from yourself or anyone else.
Cool soup , portion and freeze for a quick meal!
USE CAUTION when broiling
Step 1: Butter, Onion
In a large pot, on medium-low heat, melt butter and add onions. Cook for 8 minutes
Step 2: Garlic
Add garlic and cook 4 more minutes, stirring occasionally and until onions are golden.
Step 3: Water & bullion
Add water and bouillon, simmer and add Worcestershire sauce, bring to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer and cover. Cook 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
Step 4: Add to bowl
Add hot soup into OVEN SAFE BOWLS. Fill to mostly the top and place bread on soup.
PRE-HEAT OVEN to Broil
Step 5: Cheese and Melt
Place slice of provolone cheese on top of bread, letting it cover the sides of the bowl.
Put bowls on baking sheet and place in pre-heated oven, melt cheese to golden brown.
Step 6: Pull and Enjoy!
Be careful when taking out of oven! Tray and bowls will be very hot!
Let cool a few minutes and Enjoy!!

Kitchen Safety Tips:
Always use an oven mitt when handling trays in the oven!
Turn off oven when done using it.
Step 1: Combine Ingredients
Dissolve yeast in ½ cup of warm water. Set aside.
In a separate bowl combine hot water, sugar, salt, oil, and 3 cups of flour.
Step 2: Stand Mixer
In the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, combine the hot water flour mixture and the yeast mixture.
Step 3: Flour
Add remaining 3 cups of flour to the stand mixer, one cup at a time until combined.
Let sit in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Roll
Separate dough into 3 equal pieces.
On a well-floured surface, roll each piece out into a 9×12 rectangle. Roll the rectangle up like a jelly roll and place seam side down on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Step 5: Score and Proof
Score all 3 loaves with a knife.
Beat one egg and brush the egg wash over each loaf.
Let proof uncovered for 30 minutes in a warm place.
Preheat oven to 375°
Step 6: Bake and Enjoy!
Bake in a 375° oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool and enjoy!

Kitchen Safety Tips:
Check inside your oven before turning it on to make sure it is empty.
Always use an oven mitt!
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 350°
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Whisk
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
Batter will be very loose.
You may need to add a touch more water to make it runny.
Step 3: Spread
Spray parchment lined baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Scoop one tablespoon of batter onto the sheet and spread into a circle with the back of a spoon. 4-6 to a tray.
Step 4: Bake
Bake for 5-8 minutes at 350° or until the edges start to become golden brown.
Step 5: Fold
Using a flat spatula, remove cooked circles from the baking tray. Fold in half, and then in half again to create the fortune cookie shape. You need to move quickly while they are warm because they will harden up quickly.
Step 6: Enjoy!
Let cool and Enjoy!!
