Community Services offers a variety of low-income Rental Apartments to individuals of any ability. Amenities include a private bath, bedroom, kitchen and living room. There are also on-site laundry facilities and other options in some of the apartments. Apartments are located on major bus routes, making travel easy. Rent includes most utilities. Our apartments provide all the comforts of home including:

We accept all rental subsidies; examples include Belmont, BMHA and Rental Assistance.

We offer apartments from studio, one, two, and three bedroom units. Service Animals Welcome. We offer different locations in and around the city of Buffalo.

Ridgeway Commons

Our Ridgeway Commons apartment complex consists of 32 one and two bedroom units. This building is conveniently located near shopping, public transportation, and other community services. 

Units are readily available for those with OPWDD eligibility.

There are 4 apartments that are fully accessible for those with mobility limitations and 2 units accessible for those with hearing or visual impairments.

Section 8 Rental Assistance Vouchers as well as other types of Rental Subsidy vouchers are accepted.

A security deposit is required, equal to one month’s rent.

Apartments at the Lyceum

Rental applications are currently being accepted at Apartments at the Lyceum. The complex offers 42 units of quality affordable housing for individuals, families amd for survivors of domestic violence ready to move to permanent housing.

Community Services ESSHI Funding – LyTE Program offers subsides designated for the next set aside residences (12).

The Nest

Community Services, Edgemere Development and their partners will establish The Nest, a mixed-use project that will benefit low income individuals and small families living in Niagara County. This building is located in North Buffalo near Hertel. It is close to shopping and bus lines. This building consists of 8 one-bedroom units. Heat and water are included; tenant pays for their own electric, laundry facilities on site. Security deposit equal to one (1) Month’s rent is required.

This building is located on Delaware Ave. near Hertel in North Buffalo. Close to shopping and bus lines this building consists of 12 apartment units. This site includes 6 apartments, 2 one bedroom, 2 two-bedroom and 2 three-bedroom. Laundry facilities on site. Security deposit equal to one (1) Month’s rent is required.​

Rent: $900 (Plus Utilities)

This complex consists of 4 Duplex buildings of two units each and runs off Harlem Rd near Clinton St. Each unit has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath and includes full basement.
