Kitchen Safety Tips: Always open lid away from yourself or anyone else.
Cool soup , portion and freeze for a quick meal!
If you don’t have an immersion blender, cool and use regular blender.
Step 1: Broth and Tomato
In a large pot, over medium heat, combine stock and strained tomatoes (use slotted spoon).
Step 2: Boil
Bring to a boil and lower to a simmer
Step 3: Cream
Add heavy cream and basil, simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4: Season
Add salt and pepper to taste, add more if needed.
Turn off heat
Step 5: Blend
Place immersion blender all the way in bottom of the pot and blend until smooth, starting on low.
Step 6: Enjoy!
Let cool a few minutes and Enjoy!!
Used garlic toast or grilled cheese to dip!

Kitchen Safety Tips: Always make sure nothing is in the oven before turning on. Remember to use an oven mitt and turn off when done. Let others know there is a hot surface. Keep the handle on pots turned back.
Step 1: Cook Pasta
Boil water and cook one pound of pasta. Drain and put aside.
Step 2: Roux
In a medium pot, melt butter on medium/med high heat. Add flour in a few parts at a time, stirring the entire time.
Step 3: Béchamel
Pour milk in ½ a cup at a time, using the whisk to mix until smooth. Add nutmeg and salt and mixing until completely smooth.
Step 4: Add Cheese
Add cheese to cream sauce ½ a cup at a time until it melts completely. This should be a thick sauce.
Step 5: Add to pasta
Add hot cheese sauce to pasta and mix until all pasta is covered.
If you want, you can bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Step 6: Serve
Portion as a side and Enjoy!!!

Kitchen Safety Tips:
Always use an oven mitt!
Step 1: Preheat and Prep
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine ground flax with
6 Tbsp warm water and mix to combine. Set aside to thicken. This mixture is your vegan egg replacement.
Step 2: Dry Ingredients
Whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
Step 3: Wet Ingredients
Add melted butter, vanilla, and thickened flaxseed mixture.
Mix until combined. This batter will be very thick!
Step 4: Bake
Line baking dish with parchment paper.
Spread batter into the baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
Step 5: Glaze
Let brownies cool completely.
Combine chocolate chips and milk in a bowl and microwave in 15 second intervals until melted.
Pour mixture over brownies and spread evenly.
Step 6: Finish and Enjoy!
Sprinkle the rainbow chip sprinkles on top of the glaze.
Place in the fridge to let the glaze set.

Kitchen Safety Tips:
Always check inside the oven before turning it on.
Always use oven mitts.
Step 1: Pre-heat Oven
Pre-heat oven to 400°
Spray your muffin tin generously with cooking spray to ensure your muffins do not stick.
Step 2: Dry Ingredients
Whisk together in a bowl- flour, cornmeal, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Set aside
Step 3: Wet Ingredients
In another bowl whisk eggs and sugar until combined.
Then whisk in melted butter, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
Step 4: Combine
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Gently fold ingredients together.
Do not over mix. When everything is combined, stop!
Step 5: Add to tin & Bake
Using scoop or a spoon, fill each muffin spot with batter. Do not flatten or level the mounds of batter.
Bake at 400° for about 18 minutes.
Step 6: Enjoy!
Let cool a few minutes and Enjoy!!
Store in an air tight container for up to a week!

Kitchen Safety Tips:
Make sure to add any attachments to an appliance before you plug it in or turn it on.
Keep fingers away from the ice cream machine beater while it is churning.
Step 1: Prep
Measure out all gelato ingredients.
Cut or crush oreos to whatever size you prefer. Roughly chop for a more chunky texture, or crush into a powder for a more smooth texture.
Step 2: Beat
Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat until combined, for about 3 minutes.
Step 3: Churn
If using a Kitchenaid mixer, turn on to “stir” and slowly pour in ice cream mixture while it is churning. Churn continuously for 30 minutes.
If using an ice cream machine, follow manufacturer’s directions.
Step 4: Oreos
Spread crushed oreos into the bottom of a freezer safe container.
Once gelato is done churning, pour on top of oreos and stir to combine. Sprinkle more oreos on top.
Step 5: Freeze
Freeze for at least 4 hours to fully achieve the right consistency.
Step 6: Enjoy!
Grab gelato out of the freezer, add to a bowl or cone and add your favorite toppings!

Kitchen Safety Tips:
Make sure to use an oven mitt when touching pans in the oven.
Turn the oven off as soon as you are done using it.
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 350°
Add muffin liners to muffin tin. If using reusable liners or no liners at all, spray tin with nonstick cooking spray.
Set aside.
Step 2: Dry Ingredients
Add all dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
This includes flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Step 3: Wet Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
Step 4: Combine
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir with a spatula until combined. It will be runny.
Using cookie scoop, evenly distribute batter into muffin tin.
Step 5: Bake
Bake muffins at 350° for 20-24 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Step 6: Finish & Enjoy!
Optional: dip tops of muffins into melted butter, then into cinnamon sugar for a yummy topping!

Kitchen Safety Tips:
Always use pot holders.
Notify anyone in the kitchen that you will be using the stove.
Step 1: Boil
Add water, butter, salt, and ¼ tsp cinnamon to a small pot over medium heat.
Stir and bring mixture to a rolling boil.
Step 2: Flour and Rest
Turn off heat, add flour and stir mixture with a spatula until mixture forms a ball.
Set aside and let rest for 7 minutes.
Step 3: Eggs & Oil
Add eggs one at a time, stir to combine, set aside.
Turn on your deep fryer, or heat oil in deep pan until it reaches 350°
Step 4: Piping bag
Spoon mixture into a piping bag, or ziplock bag. If you’re using a decorative tip, use one with the largest hole you can find.
Step 5: Fry
Squeeze mixture out of piping bag and into hot oil in about 2 inch strips. Use your kitchen scissors to make a clean cut of the dough. Fry until golden brown.
Remove from oil with tongs and transfer to a sheet lined with paper towels.
Step 6: Finish and Enjoy!
Mix sugar and remaining cinnamon together.
Toss churro bites in the cinnamon sugar mixture and Enjoy!!
These can be dipped in chocolate sauce or caramel sauce.

Kitchen Safety Tips:
Pizzelle iron is HOT so be careful when putting batter on the design and taking your pizzelle off the iron.
Step 1: Pre-heat
Plug in your Pizzelle Maker to heat up.
Step 2: Dry Ingredients
Whisk together in a bowl- flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
Step 3: Wet Ingredients
Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla to a bowl and mix well with a hand mixer.
Step 4: Combine
Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredient bowl and mix well with a hand mixer.
Step 5: Press
Depending on your pizzelle maker, you may need to adjust the amount of batter per cookie.
Place a small amount of batter in the center of your pizzelle maker and press for the stated amount of time recommended by your pizzelle maker
Step 6: Cool, Finish and Enjoy!
Let cookies cool for at least 2 minutes
Dust with powdered sugar

Add vanilla, milk, and cream to the bowl and continue to beat until combined.

Kitchen Safety Tips: Always use a pot holder when using a pot on the stove!
Oz- ounce
TBL- tablespoon tsp-teaspoon
Step 1: popcorn
You can either buy microwave popcorn (follow instructions on bag) or
Pop on stove (see step 2)
Step 2: Stove top Popcorn
In a large pot, warm oil on medium/high heat. Place 3 kernels in pot. Once they pop, add popcorn and put on lid. Shake pot using pot holders. Lower heat to medium. Continue to shake every few minutes until all kernels are popped. Add salt
Step 3: put on plate
Spread popcorn out on plate or tray
Step 4: Melt chocolate
Microwave: if in microwave, use microwave safe bowl , melt for 30 seconds at a time, stir in-between.
Stovetop: Melt on medium-low heat, stirring consistently until chocolate is melted, don’t over cook or will burn/dry out.
Step 5: Drizzle and cool
Drizzle chocolate over popcorn using spatula!! If clumps , smush into popcorn.
Put in fridge for 30 minutes to harden.
Step 6: Serve
