Transportation

The Fill-in-the-Gap Transportation Services are available to families when no other transportation option exists. Families can access our transportation service on weekends, evenings, nights and holidays or any other time that public transportation is not offered. Type, frequency and destinations are predetermined during the admission process; however, the family can freely schedule the service anytime within the criteria agreed upon in their service plan. The Specialized Services Department will provide oversight and administration for transportation services for children and adults. The transportation arrangements are provided by an outside vendor/provider. Serving Erie, Niagara, Orleans, and Genesee counties.

West Seneca Transportation Program

We offer transportation services to the West Seneca campus of the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) to support meetings or events hosted at/by OPWDD. Trips can be requested by or on behalf of a person receiving OPWDD services or who is in the process of establishing eligibility.

Those wishing to use this service can fill out our request form for each trip and sent to wscampustrips@csevery1.com. Requests should be sent in as soon as a need is identified, with a minimum of 24 hours. Any request using these funds must be to/from the West Seneca campus. The trips can be one way or round trip, but must start and end in Erie or Niagara counties.
