Community Based Day Habilitation

Community Based Day Habilitation promotes community inclusion and integration. Some of the programs offered through this service include Believe to Achieve Teens and Supplemental Group Day Habilitation.

Our Believe to Achieve Program consists of small groups who create their own calendar of events for the month, which often includes volunteer activities.

Supplemental Group Day Habilitation is offered on evenings and weekends. It focuses on building social skills through activities ranging from bowling, to movies, to self-advocacy groups.
