Foundation Board welcomes new members
The Community Services Support Foundation Board recently inducted Mike Kelly, Kaitlin Sines and Tom Waters to its Board of Directors.
Mike is the CFO and VP of Finance at New View Alliance/Gateway, and he actively participates in a number of professional memberships. He serves on the board of directors at Community Connections of Buffalo (CCNY) and the Health and Wellness Insurance Consortium (HWIC). Mike is the past president of the Buffalo Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration. He holds a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is a graduate member of Leadership Buffalo among several other associations.
Kaitlin is an associate attorney at Gibson, McAskill & Crosby LLP in Buffalo. She recently graduated from the University of Buffalo Law School and also has her Master’s Degree in Public Administration. While in school, she was very active in the legal arena, including clerkships in both the City of Buffalo and Erie County law departments. In addition, she worked as a student attorney in two legal clinics, the Community Justice Clinic and the Civil Liberties and Transparency Clinic. Kaitlin also participated in the Student Ambassador Program and was a teaching assistant.
Tom is a senior private client advisor at Wilmington Trust, providing wealth management advice to high-net-worth individuals and families, institutions, foundations and endowments throughout Western New York. He has more than two decades of experience working in the institutional asset management industry. Tom holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and has authored various research and white papers.
