Rebecca Boyle

Rebecca is the President of the human resource consulting firm, Energizing Talent where she provides consulting services to prepare organizations’ human resources for the challenges of today and tomorrow. Rebecca is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is a past President of Buffalo Niagara Chapter ATD, past National Advisor for Chapters ATD, and a current Faculty member for the Human Capital Institute, and member of William Smith College Alumni Advisory Board. Rebecca’s expertise is in talent and organization development, instructional design, learning facilitation, team building, and workforce planning and she holds numerous certifications in her field. She has worked in healthcare, higher education, finance, non-profits, government and the energy industry.
