Mindy Cervoni

Ex-Officio Board Member

Mindy Cervoni is the President and CEO of Community Services for Every1, where she has dedicated over 23 years to advocating for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She is a passionate leader committed to fostering inclusive communities and expanding opportunities for individuals of all abilities.

Mindy serves on several boards, including Chair of the Developmental Disability Alliance of Western New York, Person Centered Services of WNY, Crisis Services, Hilbert College, Community Services Housing Corporations, Community Services Support Foundation, and The Luca S. Calanni Foundation. She is also a board member of TriaDD, a statewide group developing a provider-led Managed Care plan for individuals with disabilities and the New York Alliance for Inclusion and Innovation, where she plays a key role in advancing policies for people with disabilities.

 Beyond these roles, she is an active member of various advisory councils and task forces, including the Department of Health Disability and Health Advisory Board, Governance Committee for the WNYICC 1115 Waiver SCN, the NY START Advisory Council, and the West Seneca Schools Academy of Digital Media Advisory Board. She also contributes to the New York Alliance Council on Long Term Supports, the OPWDD Data Community of Practice and the East Delevan Advisory Committee.

 Mindy holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of South Carolina. She is a Certified Licensing Professional with expertise in Lean Processing, holds a Yellow Belt in Six Sigma, and has a certificate in Administrative Management from the University at Buffalo.

Her leadership has been widely recognized- she has received a C-Level Executive Award for excellence in the nonprofit sector and has been named to the Business First Women of Influence, Power 150 Women, Power 200 Women, and Power 250 of Western New York’s most influential business leaders. Her commitment to the Buffalo community is reflected in her creation of a career center, development of affordable housing, and provision of free healthy cooking classes and meals for those in need.

 Mindy resides in Western New York with her husband and sons.
