Kitchen Safety Tips:
Make sure to use pot holder when touching pots on the stove.
Turn the stove off as soon as you are done using it.
Step 1: Prep
Prep your cutting station by laying a damp cloth down and placing your cutting board on top.
Cut potatoes into ½ inch pieces. Dice onion.
Cook bacon.
Step 2: Sauté
Melt butter in pot over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic and cook until translucent.
Once cooked, add flour, and stir for about 1 minute.
Step 3: Boil & Simmer
Add broth and raise to medium high heat. Add corn, potatoes, thyme, paprika, salt and pepper, stir to combine.
Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Blend
Using immersion blender or blender to roughly blend the soup. Do not completely puree, we just want to blend a bit of the corn and potatoes.
Step 5: Cream & Bacon
Add heavy cream, chives, and bacon. Stir to combine.
Step 6: Finish & Enjoy!
Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
Soup can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days or frozen for later!

Kitchen Safety Tips:
Notify anyone in the kitchen that you will be using the oven
Always use an oven mitt!
Be extra careful when handling a knife
Step 1: Prep Almonds
Preheat oven to 375
In a small bowl combine almonds, olive oil, salt, and honey.
Stir to combine
Step 2: Toast Almonds
Spread almond mixture onto your parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes
About halfway into baking, take the almonds out and add the sesame seeds. Mix them around on the baking sheet with a spatula to ensure even toasting.
Step 3: Lettuce
Cut the stem off the lettuce and discard
Peel layers off the head of lettuce and wash in a colander
Chop up lettuce into small pieces
Spin chopped lettuce in a salad spinner
Step 4: Measure Ingredients
Use the can opener to open your can of mandarin oranges and make sure to save the liquid!
Measure the chow mein noodles
Step 5: Dressing
To a squeeze bottle add mandarin orange juice, rice vinegar, olive oil and brown sugar
Shake to combine
Step 6: Finish and Enjoy!
Add all the salad ingredients into a large bowl and add half of your dressing, toss with tongs to coat
Use tongs to serve into bowls and offer the remaining dressing if you think it needs some more!

Kitchen Safety Tips:
Always check the oven before turning on
Always use oven mitts
Step One: Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Step Two: Mix Dry Ingredients
Mix brown sugar and apple pie spice/cinnamon in a bowl
Step Three: Melt Butter and Prepare Apple
Melt butter in a bowl
Use apple slicer to remove the core from the apple, and cut into wedge pieces
Dip each wedge into the melted butter
Step Four: Crescent Rolls
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Arrange crescent roll triangles on baking sheet
Distribute brown sugar mixture onto each triangle
Step Five: Roll and Bake
Place one apple slice on the widest part of each triangle
Roll the apple slice up into the crescent roll triangle and brush each one with remaining melted butter
Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
Step Six: Enjoy!
Let cool a few minutes and Enjoy!! Serve on its own or with your favorite ice cream!

Kitchen Safety Tips: Always check the oven before turning on
Always use oven mitts
Peel away from yourself and ask for help if you don’t feel comfortable
Step One:
Wash apples and use a peeler to take off the skin.
Using a knife, cut out the core.
Slice into thin pieces OR use a food processor on medium slice.
Step Two:
Add to apples, cinnamon, flour and sugar.
Mix completely
Step Three:
Add apple mixture to pan and spread evenly.
PRE-HEAT OVEN to 375 degrees
Step Four:
Mix butter, flour and brown sugar together, using hands to create your crumble by squeezing your hands and fingers.
Add to apple mixture DO NOT PACK DOWN, just sprinkle on top!
Step Five:
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes…. Topping should look brown and bubble slightly
Step Six: Enjoy!
Let cool a few minutes and Enjoy!! Serve on its own or with your favorite ice cream!

Kitchen Safety & Sanitation Tips:
Let anyone around you know that you will be using the Air Fryer.
Only use one hand for dipping in the egg mixture. We want to prevent any cross contamination after touching raw egg!
Step One: Prep Air Fryer
Preheat Air Fryer to 390°
*breaded or not breaded*
Step Two: Dry Ingredients
Whisk paprika, garlic powder,
¼ tsp salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
Place breadcrumbs in a separate bowl. Set aside.
Step Three: Wet Ingredients
Whisk buttermilk and egg whites in a separate
Step Four: Three Step Batter
Place each tender in the buttermilk mixture, then into the breadcrumb mixture, and lastly sprinkle with the paprika and seasonings mixture.
Step Five: Air Fry
Air Fry at 390° for 10-12 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and crispy and no longer pink in the center.
Chicken should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°
Step Six: Finish and Enjoy!
Remove chicken from air fryer with tongs and sprinkle with remaining salt.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, or over a salad and enjoy!

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Check to make sure nothing is in oven
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Step Two: Prep Tray
Place parchment paper or foil on baking sheet, spray with cooking spray
If you have the a kit skip to step 4
Step Three: Mix Dough
Mix flour and ¾ cup yogurt with a spoon until ingredients look lumpy. Then mix with hands and kneed into large dough ball. You want the dough to be stretchy!
Step Four: Shape and Cook
Roll into a snake, cut into 8 equal balls, roll and top with egg using a brush
Cook for 20 – 25 minutes
Step Five: Pull
Using an oven mitt, pull out and cool.
Step Six: Enjoy!

If you have the a kit skip to step 4
Step Three: Mix Dough
Mix flour and ¾ cup yogurt with a spoon until ingredients look lumpy. Then mix with hands and kneed into large dough ball. You want the dough to be stretchy!
Step Four: Shape and Cook
Sprinkle extra flour on clean surface and place dough on table. Spread dough into whatever shape you like, making sure it is even in thickness. Add little more flour if sticky. Top and spread oil
Cook for 15 minutes
Step Five: Sauce and Top
Using an oven mitt, pull pizza and add sauce, cheese and toppings.
Place back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes or until Cheese is desired level of melt
Step Six: Cook and Serve
Again, using an oven mitt, pull pizza, turn off oven, cool , slice and enjoy!

Step One: Preheat
Check to make sure nothing is in oven/air fryer
Preheat the oven to 400°
OR
Air Fryer to 375°
Step Two: Prep Tray
Place parchment paper or foil on baking sheet, spray with cooking spray
If you have the a kit skip to step 4
Step Three: Mix Dough/Egg
Mix flour and 1 cup yogurt with a spoon until ingredients look lumpy. Then mix with hands and kneed into large dough ball. You want the dough to be stretchy, add more yogurt if needed!!
In a separate bowl, mix egg, water and salt, whisk until mixed.
Step Four: Cut Dough
Cut the dough into 8 equal parts and roll into balls.
Step Five: Form and Wash
With your finger, poke a hole into the ball and spread dough into bagel shape. Place on baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Brush egg wash on top and sprinkle toppings (different hand)
Step Six: Cook and Serve
Place in the oven for 10 minutes, turn half way and bake another 12 minutes
OR Air Fry for about 8 minutes or until golden brown!
Pull, cool and enjoy!!!!
