Board of Directors Kevin P. Wicka Board Chairperson Kevin P. Wicka is currently a partner with the Tarantino Law Firm and has 20 years of experience in employment law. He is a past Chair of the Labor Law Committee for the Bar Association of Erie County. Mr. Wicka has litigated matters and counseled clients in federal and state courts in the area of employment law. This is his fifth year on the Board. Bradford M. La Salle Vice Chairperson Bradford La Salle serves as president of Ferric Contrast, Inc., which has developed a nontoxic MRI contrast agent. The company is located in Amherst, NY. This is his sixth year on the Board. Herbert Bellamy Jr. Secretary Herbert Bellamy is the CEO of Bellamy Enterprises and Buffalo’s Black Achievers, Inc. He joins the Board with over 20 years of experience as an insurance broker and financial planner. Bellamy is also Chairman of the Board for the Buffalo Sewer Authority and has received numerous professional, civic and community organization awards. This is his first year on the Board. Shari Cook Treasurer Shari Cook holds an M.S. Degree in Human Services and provides the Board with more than 30 years of experience with the Erie County Department of Social Services as well as personal experience as a parent advocate. This is Cook’s seventh year on the Board. Rebecca Boyle Board Member Rebecca Boyle is a member of ATD and SHRM, past President of Buffalo Niagara Chapter ATD, past National Advisor for Chapters ATD, Adjunct Faculty Canisius College, and member of William Smith College Alumni Advisory Board and a member of the Orchard Park Chorale. Rebecca’s expertise is in talent and organization development. She has worked in Healthcare, Higher Education, Finance and the Oil and Gas industries. This is Boyle’s ninth year on the Board. Russell Burgstahler Board Member Russell Burgstahler is an accomplished technology executive who brings more than 14 years of expertise to the board. He is currently a Vice President, MIS Manager of Mortgage Infrastructure and Data Services at M&T Bank. He also serves on the Erie County Community College Information Technology Advisory Board. This is his first year on the Board. Kathy Collado Board Member Kathy Collado is a member of the Community Services for Every1’s L.E.A.D.E.R.S. Self Advocacy Group. L.E.A.D.E.R.S stands for Listen, Equality, Advocacy, Determination, Equal, Rights and Supports. The members of this group are focused on activities that promote inclusion and increase self-empowerment. This is Collado’s ninth year on the Board. David Kraus Board Member David Kraus has 20+ years of accounting and finance experience in both private and public institutions. Kraus is a partner at NuLevel Strategies, LLC, providing services to the nonprofit and social enterprise space. He is a member of the Quality Management Committee for Community Services for Every1. Kraus is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant. This is his third year on the Board. Michael Rivera Board Member Michael Rivera is retired from the State University of New York at Buffalo where he was a Senior Associate in the office of Career Planning and Placement and President of the Erie Regional Housing Corp – Belle Center and a Board Member of WNED – TV. This is Rivera’s seventeenth year on Board. Herman Tate Board Member Herman Tate is on the Board of Directors for the Literacy Volunteers, and is also a member of Community Services for Every1’s Self Advocacy Group (L.E.A.D.E.R.S.). This is Tate’s fourteenth year on the Board. Daniel Weintraub Board Member Daniel is a partner in the CPA firm of Lougen, Valenti, Bookbinder & Weintraub, LLC. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants where he serves on the Committee for Cooperation with the Erie County Bar Association, and a member of the Construction Exchange of Buffalo and Western New York. Dan also serves on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Audit Committee at Independent Health Association. He is a member of the Amherst Chamber of Commerce, Buffalo Niagara Partnership and the Affordable Housing Association of Certified Public Accountants. This is his ninth year on the Board. Mindy Cervoni Ex-Officio Board Member Mindy Cervoni is the President and CEO of Community Services for Every1 and has been with the agency since 2001. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of South Carolina. Mindy Cervoni currently sits on several boards including the NY Alliance for Innovation and Inclusion, Developmental Disability Alliance of Western New York (DDAWNY), Person Centered Services of WNY, and Community Services Housing Corporations. Mindy also serves on the NY Start Region One Advisory Council and is an Advisory Board member for the West Seneca Central Schools Academy. Mindy has a Certification in Lean Processing and has a Yellow Belt in Six Sigma.
