Community Habilitation

Community Habilitation assists youths who either live at home with a loved one or independently in the community to maintain or develop the highest level of independence possible.

Individuals work on goals to build independent living skills in self-care, general household chores, mobility training, financial management, appropriate social skills and more. Weekly schedules are established by the individual and services can be provided any day of the week. We also offer a similar service to people still living in a residential setting with a desire to move out into the community.
